IMPORTANT: READ BELOW
Creating a Subscription sets you up on a monthly auto draft in the amount of $30.
You'll be asked to enter your pet's name, color, and coat length for identification.
Please note, you are paying the month in advance and there are no refunds for the paid month.
Your subscription can be canceled or paused at any time. You’ll still have access to the subscription until the end of the period you have paid for.

If you cancel within the first 48 hours of a monthly subscription and request a refund, we may refund the cost of the month in which you canceled.

Save the confirmation email that Square sends you after subscribing. You will use that email to update your payment information, cancel, or pause your Subscription. If you do lose the email, we can definitely assist you in making those changes with Square, but that delays the process.
Unlike a Membership, which is in an individual's name, a Subscription is in your pet's name and applies only to that specific pet.
